Classically trained in the art of Mexican cuisine, Chef Juan decided to leap into the world of fine dinning with his latest venture, Margaritas Grill. Chef Hernandez opened Margarita’s Grill Restaurant and Catering in 2006 later founding Riverside’s five-time award winning catering in the region, Saboree Catering. Chef Hernandez has made it his mission to deliver fresh and wholesome food served everyday. Disdain the expeditious in favor of the delicious.

Experienced in leading all stages of innovation, branded events, Sabina opened Saboree Catering which later ended up being one of Riverside’s five-time award winning catering in the region. Transformed client vision into crowd-pleasing events ranging all the way from in restaurant dining to large scale corporate events. Experienced in major fundraisers, film, art and music, Sabina has made it her mission to give back to the community whenever possible through her work with Margarita’ Grill Restaurant.
